Integré à l'hôtel, le Centre de congrès du Disney's Hotel New York® nous offre une surface de 1600 m² répartie en deux espaces.
Le Ballroom d'une surface de 1200m2, aménagé d'une piste de danse en parquet, de tables rondes et de chaises et le Radio City d'une surface de 400m2 aménagé d'une piste de danse en parquet.
Comme dans l’hôtel, on retrouve dans le Ballroom et le Radio City, le style Art Déco du New York des années 30. Le tout dans une atmosphère d’élégance, de luxe et de tranquillité.
Hotels Reservation
FOWCS will be held in Hotel NEW YORK 4*. We will aslo welcome you at Hotel NEWPORT Bay Club 3* (5 min. walk around the lake).
Both hotels have rooms set for 4 PERSONS (2 queen size beds) ! So share with others to get a cheaper cost individually. BREAKFAST is included for 4 persons max in both hotels.
New York 4* = 201 euros/night so 50 euros if sharing with 4 persons
Newport 3* = 153 euros/night so 38 euros if sharing with 4 persons
We have a limited number of rooms in both hotels. You can book your room directly online with a credit card. ONE PERSON is doing the reservation online. Your credit card will be debited when your registration is done. You will have until 7 days before your arrival date to cancel or change your reservation.

HOTEL NEW YORK 4****
FOWCS will be held in this hotel ! If you look for a luxuary stay in magic atmosphere, Hotel New York is for you. Only 10 minutes walk from Disney Village and the Disney Park. If you are staying at Hotel New York, you will be right in the center of FOWCS convention to enjoy the event 24/24h.

Only a 10 minutes walk from the event, you will stay in magic Sea-Boat atmosphere. Use the free shuttle to get into Disney Village and the PARK.
